In our first full week of having the new policy to check the backups when we are on site, we are happy to report it is paying off. We have found three customers that did not have adequate backups and were able to quickly remediate the issues to insure successful backups in the future. We are also happy to report the server failure that caused the policy to be created was also able to be fully recovered in record time. Our engineers are on top of their games and ready to serve.
