Safer Network Solutions has partnered with Datto RMM in order to provide a management tool that is securely access from anywhere using multi-factor authentication to manage and monitor all systems on your network.
Safer Network Solutions uses IT Glue for all network documentation. This allows for the automatic integration from other solutions to gather needed information. With the addition of My Glue, we are able to enable our customers to have secure access and collaboration with the documentation.

Ticketing
Safer Network Solutions uses Connectwise PSA (formerly Manage) for all ticketing. This is integrated with our RMM tool as well as email and a separate portal. This allows for flexible management of tickets whether a customer wants to be self service, fully managed or co-managed, we are able to adapt to meet the needs of our customers.
